School Drop-Off & Pick-Up Guide

Here is a quick, easy-to-read guide to our daily arrival and dismissal procedures. Please take note that all families who will use the car rider lanes must pick up a car rider tag at Open House and have it displayed on your rearview mirror. Thank you for helping us keep our students safe and traffic moving smoothly!

Morning Drop-Off Options (Begins 7:20 AM/Ends 7:45 AM)

• Option 1: Car Rider Lanes (Stay in your vehicle)
  • If you prefer to stay in your car, you must use the designated car rider lanes AND follow the correct traffic flow (no entrance from West Main Street. (see map)

• Option 2: Park & Walk (Walk your child to the front door)
  • Park in Lot 3 only (see map).
  • You must walk your child all the way to the front door. For safety reasons, students may not be dropped off to walk through the lot by themselves.
  • Always use the back crosswalk where the crossing guard is stationed.

• Option 3: BCS School Bus
  • Routes and pick up times are determined by the transportation department.
  • Information is available at Open House or by calling transportation at 912-212-8640.

Restricted Parking Lots 

• Lot 1: Reserved strictly for buses and staff parking

• Lot 1: Afternoon Bulloch County Parks and Recreation After School Program Pick-ups beginning after 2:45 PM

• Lot 2: Entirely closed during morning drop-off

Afternoon Pick-Up (Begins 2:15 PM/Ends 2:40 PM)

⚠️ Important Note: The only options for afternoon pick-up are the car rider lanes or buses. Park-and-walk or coming to the front office to check out your child is not available at dismissal. Please remain in your vehicle and use the designated lanes.
